How to Cancel Linnworks

To cancel your Linnworks subscription, follow these steps:

For User-Based Plans

Navigate to Linnworks.net and go to the User menu.
Select Billing from the menu.
Click on Request Cancel.

For Order-Based Plans

Navigate to Linnworks.net and go to the User menu.
Select Billing from the menu.
Scroll down to the View Invoices section and click on it.
On the invoices page, you will find the option to Request Cancel.

Completing the Cancellation Request

Clicking Request Cancel will open a popup with the Profile Cancel Request form.
Complete the form with the required information.
Click Request Profile Cancel to submit your cancellation request.
