How to Cancel Leapsome

To cancel your Leapsome subscription or account, follow these steps based on the type of account you have:

For Free Accounts

• To terminate your use of the free meeting module or any other free services, you need to request account deletion.
• Send an email to [email protected] to initiate the account deletion process.

For Fee-Based Accounts

• You must provide a notice period to terminate your agreement.
  • For accounts with an annual or multi-year contract, provide two months’ notice with effect to the end of the Initial Term or any Renewal Term.
  • For accounts with a monthly contract, provide two weeks’ notice with effect to the end of the Initial Term or any Renewal Term.
• Contact your customer success representative or, if you have not been assigned one, use the support channels provided within the Software to notify Leapsome of your intention to terminate the agreement.

General Steps After Termination

• Upon termination, your right to use the Software will cease.
• You have 30 days from the effective date of your termination to download your user data in comma-separated value files (.csv) or a similar readable file format within the Software.
• After this download period, Leapsome may deactivate or delete your login credentials and/or customer account.
• Your data will be retained in inactive status as long as legally required and then securely and permanently deleted in compliance with applicable data privacy laws.

Additional Considerations

• Ensure you have downloaded any necessary data before the end of the 30-day period, as this will be your last opportunity to retrieve your data.
• Note that any fees paid are non-refundable upon termination.
