How to Cancel Strapi

To cancel and delete your Strapi Cloud project and subscription, follow these steps:

Accessing the Strapi Cloud Dashboard

• Log in to your Strapi Cloud account and navigate to the Strapi Cloud Dashboard.

Navigating to Project Settings

• Find the project you want to cancel and delete, and go to its settings.

Deleting the Project

• In the project settings, locate the delete button. Clicking this button will prompt a confirmation.
• Confirm that you understand all of your data, assets, and the project will be deleted.

Important Considerations

• Only the project owner can cancel and delete the project. The Strapi support team will not delete or cancel a project without the project owner’s approval via their registered email address.
• If the project owner is not available, you should contact your bank or payment handler to cancel the card or put a stop payment in place.

Cancellation Period and Refunds

• Subscriptions can be cancelled at any moment up to 30 days before the last day of the Subscription period. However, subscriptions cancelled during the Subscription period will remain active until the last day of the subscription, and no refund will be issued.

Alternative Cancellation Method

• You can also cancel your subscription through Strapi’s online ticketing system or by sending an email to their support email, ensuring you provide your Order ID if requesting via email.
