  • Log in to Arryved Service with the ORDER ITEM VOID permission.
  • Find the tab and tap on it, then tap Details.
  • Use the red minus button to delete the item or the trashcan icon to void the entire order.
  • Tap Send to update the order and replenish inventory.
  • For refunds, add the item back to the order, mark it for refund, and process the payment reversal.
