How to Cancel Publuu
To cancel your Publuu subscription, follow these steps:
Logging In and Accessing Settings
- Log in to your Publuu account.
- Click on the settings button located in the top right corner of the control panel.
Navigating to Subscription Settings
- From the settings panel, click on the "SUBSCRIPTIONS" tab to open it.
Canceling Subscription Renewal
- In the SUBSCRIPTIONS tab, find and click the "CANCEL YOUR RENEWAL" button. This action will prevent future subscription charges, but it does not affect your current subscription period.
Using Your Subscription Until the End of the Paid Period
- You can continue to use your Publuu account and access your flipbooks until the end of your current paid period. For example, if you canceled your subscription on the 10th of the month, you can still use it until the end of that month.
Post-Cancellation Storage
- After the paid period ends, your flipbooks will no longer be active but will be stored on Publuu’s servers for 90 days. During this time, you can reactivate your account by logging in and purchasing another subscription, which will restore all your flipbooks.
- If you do not reactivate your account within 90 days, all your flipbooks will be automatically deleted.
Important Notes
- Canceling your subscription does not result in a refund. For more information on the refund policy, you need to visit Publuu’s Refund Policy page.
- If you wish to delete your entire Publuu account along with all its content, you need to go to the settings, click on the "DELETE ACCOUNT" button, and confirm the action through the pop-up window.
By following these steps, you can effectively cancel your Publuu subscription and manage your account accordingly.
