How to Cancel MeazureUp Audit Applications

To cancel or delete an assessment in the MeazureUp Audit Application, follow these steps carefully, as this action will erase all current inspection data and it cannot be recovered.

Steps to Cancel an Assessment

• From the Category page, locate the assessment you want to cancel and click on the ‘Delete’ option. A dialog window will appear asking for your confirmation.
• In the dialog window, you will be prompted to type the words ‘Delete’ into a text box using your device keyboard. This is a safety measure to ensure you intend to delete the assessment.
• After typing ‘Delete’, click the ‘Delete’ button to confirm. This action will delete the active or pending assessment, clearing all current scores and allowing you to start a new assessment using the most up-to-date version of your inspection form.

Important Considerations

• Cancelling an assessment will erase all of your current inspection data, so avoid doing this if you have recently spent time conducting an inspection.
• If the account manager has made changes to the current assessment (such as tasks or scoring) that are not reflecting on the mobile application, cancelling the assessment will clear the current version and download the most up-to-date assessment to your device.
