How to Cancel Total Party Planner

To cancel your Total Party Planner service, you must follow these steps carefully:

Notification

You need to provide a written notice of cancellation via email to [email protected]. This notice must be sent at least 30 days prior to the period renewal date applicable to your account.

Cancellation Form

In addition to the written notice, you must complete and submit the TPPS Cancellation Form. This form can be obtained by contacting the TPPS Accounting Team.

Account Owner or Administrator

The notice and the completed Cancellation Form must be sent by the Account Owner or Administrator, as defined in the terms of service.

Payment of Outstanding Balance

Upon cancellation of your services, all amounts owed to Total Party Planner are immediately due and payable. If you have a financed setup fee, the full balance of the setup fee will be billed to you if the account is cancelled prior to the end of the six-month finance period.

Data Maintenance

Total Party Planner has no obligation to maintain any account data after the date of termination. However, they may maintain the data so that it is available to you upon reconnection, though this is not guaranteed.

Reactivation

If you choose to reactivate your account or start a new service account in the future, you will be subject to the current retail pricing and a new account activation fee.

Refunds

Refunds are only available within 30 days of the date of purchase. After this period, you will not receive a refund for any charges or fees already paid associated with the service. Refund and cancellation requests must be in writing from the Account Owner or Administrator. The account activation fee and any additional options are non-refundable.
