How to Cancel Pulseway

To cancel your Pulseway account and remove all associated systems, follow these steps:

Canceling Your Pulseway Account

• Contact Pulseway’s data privacy team by emailing [email protected] to request the cancellation of your account. You will need to specify that you wish to cancel your account and request that they no longer use your information to provide services.

Removing Monitored Systems

• Log in to the Pulseway WebApp.
• Navigate to the Account section.
• From the left menu, click on Monitored Systems.
• Select the system you want to remove.
• Click on the Remove or Bin icon associated with the system to delete it. Alternatively, you can go to Server Admin > Configuration > organization / site / agent group, select the Edit button, go to the Systems tab, and click on the Remove button.

Additional Steps

• Ensure that the systems you are deleting are online at the time of deletion. If a system is offline, the reconfigure command will not be sent, and the system may re-register when it comes back online. If the system no longer exists, you can proceed with the deletion.

Privacy and Data

• After canceling your account, Pulseway will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. However, you can request the erasure of your data by contacting the data privacy team at [email protected].
