To cancel an existing order through Envia Fulfillment, follow these steps:
Log in to your Envia Fulfillment account.
From the main menu, go to Orders
> All Orders
, or you can click directly on the link provided.
You will see a table with all your orders. Locate the order you want to cancel.
Click the button with the three dots (…) next to the order name and select Cancel Order
.
Check that the order information is correct and click Confirm
. A green banner will appear confirming the action, and the order status will be updated to "CANCELED".
If you decide to reactivate the order, locate the order you want to reactivate, click the button with the three dots (…) next to its name, and select Reactivate Order
. Check the order information and click Confirm
. The order status will revert to what it was before the cancellation.
Once you have reactivated the order, if you wish to resend it to the fulfillment center for processing, click the green arrow button next to the order you want to resend. Choose the fulfillment center where you want the order processed and click Confirm
