How to Cancel Mailercloud

To cancel your Mailercloud account and subscription, follow these steps:

Canceling Your Subscription

• If you are an active paid user, you need to cancel your subscription before deleting your account. To do this, log in to your Mailercloud account and navigate to Account (usually found in the menu at the bottom left profile icon).
• Click on Plan and billing and then select Monthly plans and credits.
• Here, you will find the option to Cancel subscription. Click on this button to initiate the cancellation process.

Deleting Your Account

• After canceling your subscription, you can proceed to delete your account. Go to Account > Settings > Delete account.
• Note that deleting your account will result in the permanent loss of all your data and account settings, which cannot be undone.

Additional Considerations

• Ensure you have downloaded any necessary data or reports before deleting your account, as this data will be inaccessible after the account is deleted.
• Mailercloud will not refund or reimburse you in any situation following the termination of the service.

Notification

• Any notices regarding the cancellation or deletion of your account will be sent to the last email or physical address you provided to Mailercloud. Make sure your contact information is up-to-date to receive these notifications.
