Onboarding: This costs $4,000, but it is waived if the company signs within a month of viewing the demo.
System Subscription: $2,500 per year.
Room Night Transactions: Meetingmax charges a non-refundable processing fee of $3.50 USD per room night on all reservations. These room night transactions are non-expiring and will automatically roll over to the next event as long as the system subscription is active. Clients also have the option to directly bill attendees for room night transactions.
