How to Cancel Punchpass

To cancel your Punchpass subscription, follow these steps:

Canceling Through Your Account Settings

  • Log in to your Punchpass account.
  • Navigate to the "Manage" section.
  • Click on "Settings" within the "Manage" section.
  • Select the "Billing" section from the Settings page.
  • Scroll down to the bottom of the Billing page, where you will find the option to cancel your account.
  • If you are on the Data Hold plan, you will need to log in and scroll to the bottom of the page to find this cancellation option.
  • Click the button to cancel your account. After clicking, Punchpass will confirm your cancellation date and provide additional information.

Canceling Via Email

  • If you prefer to cancel via email, initiate the cancellation process by reaching out to Punchpass through their web messaging service from your verified email profile or by sending an email directly to [email protected].
  • Ensure you use your verified email profile, as Punchpass does not honor cancellation requests from unverified emails.
  • Once your cancellation request is processed, your data will remain on Punchpass servers for 60 days before being deleted. Note that your data may continue to exist in offsite backups and log file backups for up to one year before those are automatically deleted.

Post-Cancellation

  • After your account is successfully canceled, you will receive a confirmation email.
  • Your cancellation will be effective from your next subscription billing date, meaning you will not be charged again after this date.
  • If you need to cancel before or after this date, contact Punchpass support directly.

Reactivating Your Account

  • If you decide to reactivate your Punchpass account, you will need to send a message to Punchpass support. Reactivation can take up to 48 hours.

Data Retention

  • After cancellation, your data is stored on Punchpass servers for 60 days before it is deleted. However, it may continue to exist in offsite backups and log file backups for up to a year before those are automatically deleted.

Refunds

  • Refunds are typically only provided if Punchpass discontinues its services to you for a reason not stipulated in their terms of service. If you cancel your subscription midway through the billing cycle, you are generally not eligible for a refund under other circumstances.
