General Cancellation Rules
- If you need to cancel your booking, it is crucial to do so at least six hours before the scheduled time of departure to qualify for any potential credit. If you do not cancel within this timeframe, or if you do not show up for your flight or board the aircraft, your reservations will be automatically cancelled, and you will forfeit the value of your reservations.
Using Refund Protect
- If you have purchased Refund Protect during your booking process, you can submit a refund claim for unforeseen circumstances such as illness, injury, death in the family, adverse weather, unexpected travel restrictions, or other unforeseen events. To claim a refund, submit your claim to Refund Protect, and if approved, you will receive a refund of the full cost of your booking minus the cost of Refund Protect.
