How to Cancel Uteach

To cancel your Uteach subscription or request a refund, follow these steps:

Cancellation of Subscription

• Navigate to your dashboard on the Uteach website.
• Locate the section where you can manage your subscription.
• Select the option to cancel your subscription. You can cancel at any time, but note that all content on your website will be subject to removal 6 months after cancellation.

Refund Policy for Pre-Recorded Courses

• If you are not satisfied with a pre-recorded course, you can request a refund within 15 days of purchase. This is a no-questions-asked policy.

Refund Process for Other Transactions

• To initiate a refund for other transactions, go to the Financial section of your dashboard.
• Navigate to the "My profit" subtab where all your items will be displayed.
• Click on the icon below the "Actions" section for the item you want to refund.
• Choose the refund type: Full or Partial. For Partial, insert the amount to be refunded.
• Confirm your choice.

Additional Notes

• For digital products such as PDFs and audios, if the file is faulty, Uteach can help replace the file, but no refund is provided for these types of digital products since they cannot be returned.
