How to Cancel WhatConverts

To cancel your subscription with WhatConverts, follow these steps:

Contacting Support

You need to reach out to the WhatConverts support team to initiate the cancellation process. Here’s how you can do it:

• Use the live chat feature on the WhatConverts website to contact their support team.

Submission and Validation

• Ensure that your cancellation request is submitted at least 15 days before the end of your subscription term to avoid automatic renewal.
• Upon receipt of your cancellation request, one of the Success Managers will validate it via phone.

Access and Payments

• After your cancellation is processed, you will retain access to your account until the end of your current subscription term.
• Note that subscription payments are made in advance and are non-refundable, even after cancellation.

Additional Notes

• Service fees may be refundable only within the first 30 calendar days of service, but overage fees are not refundable under any circumstances.
