How to Cancel Trint

To cancel your Trint plan, follow these steps:

Logging In and Accessing Account Settings

• Log in to your Trint account.
• Click the icon in the top right-hand corner with your initials on.
• Select “Account” from the dropdown list.

Navigating to Billing

• Once you’re on the "Account" page, select "Billing" from the ribbon menu.

Canceling Your Plan

• On the Billing page, you will see the options to update your subscription. Look for the option to cancel your plan.
• Click on the ‘Cancel Subscription’ link.

Confirmation and File Export

• After initiating the cancellation, you will receive a confirmation email and notification that your plan will be canceled at the end of your billing cycle. You will still be able to use Trint and access your files until then.
• To avoid losing your files, it is recommended to export them before the end of your billing cycle. You can do this by:
  • Logging in to your Trint account
  • Selecting the files you want to keep
  • Clicking “Export” in the navigation bar
  • Choosing your format and downloading the files

Additional Considerations

• If you are on a monthly subscription, your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current month, and you will not receive a refund for the remaining days in the month.
• If you are on an annual subscription, you have 14 days after each auto-renewal to cancel and receive a refund, provided there has not been significant use of the Trint Platform during this period.
