How to Cancel PrimeRx
To cancel your subscription to the PrimeRx product, follow these steps:
Cancellation Process
You can cancel your PrimeRx subscription either through your account settings or by contacting the company directly.
Via Account Settings
- Log in to your PrimeRx account.
- Navigate to the account settings page.
- Find the subscription management section and select the option to cancel your subscription.
By Contacting the Company
- If you prefer, you can contact PrimeRx customer support to request the cancellation of your subscription.
Important Notes
- Once you cancel your subscription, you will not receive a refund for the fees you have already paid for the current subscription period.
- You will still have access to the service until the end of your current subscription period.
- Any changes in subscription fees will be effective at the end of the then-current subscription period, and you will be notified in advance to give you the opportunity to terminate your subscription if you do not agree to the new fees.
Additional Considerations
- Paid subscription fees are generally non-refundable, except in cases where the company may consider a refund on a case-by-case basis at their sole discretion.
- Upon cancellation, your right to use the service will cease immediately at the end of the current subscription period.
