Canceling and Refunding an Order

Step 1: Open the Order

  • Navigate to the Products & Services panel and click on "Orders."
  • Select the order you want to cancel to open the order details.

Step 2: Move the Order Back to Pending (if necessary)

If the order has already been fulfilled, you need to move it back to the pending state:

  • In the order details, click on "Mark as pending" or "Move to pending."
  • Confirm the action.

Step 3: Cancel the Order and Issue a Full Refund

  • In the order details, click on the "Manage" or "… " icon in the top-right corner.
  • Select "Cancel Order."
  • If the product has a stock level, ensure "Restock Inventory" is checked to re-add items to your inventory.
  • Confirm the cancellation.

Additional Notes

  • Canceling a pending order automatically refunds the purchase and sends the customer an email about the cancellation.
  • The order will be marked as "Canceled" and moved to the "Canceled" tab.
