How to Cancel ApprovalMax

To cancel your ApprovalMax subscription or account, follow these steps:

Canceling a Subscription

  • If you wish to terminate your subscription, you must provide ApprovalMax with written notice at least 14 days before the end of the Service Period (either the Initial Period or any Renewal Period).
  • To do this, go to the ApprovalMax interface, click on Billing & Subscriptions under your Avatar in the top right-hand corner of the screen, and open the Account Details tab.
  • Click on the three-dots menu, then select Cancel my Account.

Terminating an Account

  • To terminate your entire account, you need to follow a similar process. Provide written notice at least 14 days before the end of the Service Period.
  • Go to Billing & Subscriptions under your Avatar, open the Account Details tab, click on the three-dots menu, and then select Cancel my Account. This will imply immediate termination of all subscriptions within the account.

Important Notes

  • Once a subscription licence has been purchased and the Service activated, refunds will not be issued for any reason, including early termination of the subscription or non-usage of the Service during the subscription period.
  • If you have purchased an annual subscription and terminate your account in accordance with the terms, you may be eligible for a pro-rata refund of any unused portion of the fees.

Trial Cancellation

  • If you are on a trial and wish to terminate it, follow the same steps as for canceling a subscription. Go to Billing & Subscriptions, open the Account Details tab, click on the three-dots menu, and select Cancel my Account.
