How to Cancel Microsoft Power Automate

To cancel a Microsoft Power Automate subscription, follow these steps:

Access the Microsoft 365 Admin Center

  • Go to the Microsoft 365 admin center and sign in with the admin account for your business or an account that has admin permissions. You can access it at https://admin.microsoft.com/.

Navigate to the Billing Section

  • Depending on your view, select either:
    • Subscriptions if you’re using the Simplified view.
    • Billing > Your products if you’re using the Dashboard view.

Select the Subscription

  • Find and select the Power Automate subscription that you want to cancel.

Cancel the Subscription

  • On the subscription details page, in the Billing settings section (or Subscription and payment settings for MOSA billing accounts), select Cancel subscription.
  • Choose whether to Cancel now or Cancel before the next renewal date.
  • If prompted, select a reason for canceling and provide optional feedback, then confirm the cancellation.

Final Steps

  • If you’re within the grace period, you can cancel the subscription immediately. If you’re outside the grace period, you can only turn off recurring billing. In this case, go to the Canceling your subscription pane, review the information, and then select Edit the recurring billing settings. Set the recurring billing to Off and save the changes.

Before canceling, ensure that your users save their data, as canceling the subscription may affect access to the service and any associated data.
