How to Cancel Zalvis

To cancel your Zalvis product, follow these steps carefully:

Logging In and Accessing Your Account

• Log in to your Zalvis client dashboard through the Billing and Support system at https://my.zalvis.com/login.

Navigating to the Cancellation Form

• Once logged in, navigate to the section where your active services are listed.

Selecting the Service to Cancel

• Identify the service you wish to cancel and click on it to open the service details page.

Initiating the Cancellation

• On the service details page, look for the "Actions" column on the left-hand side.
• Click on "Request Cancellation" to proceed with the cancellation.

Providing Cancellation Details

• You will be taken to the "Account Cancellation Request" page.
• Briefly describe your reason for cancellation in the provided field.
• Select either "Immediately" to cancel the service immediately and remove it within 24 hours, or "End of Billing Period" to cancel the service at the end of the current billing cycle.

Confirmation

• After submitting the cancellation request, you will see a confirmation banner.
• Click the "Back" button to return to your product/service page, where you will see a message indicating that there is an outstanding cancellation request for the service.

Final Steps

• Ensure that all future invoicing for the canceled service has been stopped by checking the "Billing" > "My Invoices" section.
• If you have a domain name associated with the canceled service, make sure to cancel the domain name auto-renewal if you no longer wish to keep the domain name.

Important Notes

• Cancellations requested via email will not be honored; you must use the Billing and Support system.
• If you do not receive a cancellation confirmation email, check your spam or junk folder or contact Zalvis immediately.
• Refund requests after the initial 45 days of service may result in a pro-rated credit added to your Zalvis client account, calculated at Zalvis’s sole discretion and less any promotions or discounts applied.
