How to Cancel Spoonfed

To cancel an order on Spoonfed, follow these steps:

Logging In and Navigating to Orders

Accessing the Order

Click on the ‘Single Orders’ section.

Canceling the Order

Locate the order you want to cancel and click the three dots near the right of the order.
Select ‘Cancel’ from the dropdown menu.
Confirm the cancellation by clicking ‘Yes’.

Important Considerations

Once an order is cancelled, it cannot be uncanceled, so ensure you are certain about the cancellation.
Check with your caterer if there are any cancellation fees, as these can vary based on their terms and conditions.
You and your caterer will receive an email confirming the cancellation of the order.

Post-Cancellation

The order will now be marked as ‘Cancelled’ in your profile.
