How to Cancel Spoonfed

To cancel an order on Spoonfed, follow these steps:

Logging In and Navigating to Orders

  • Log in to your Spoonfed profile.

Accessing the Order

  • Click on the ‘Single Orders’ section.

Canceling the Order

  • Locate the order you want to cancel and click the three dots near the right of the order.
  • Select ‘Cancel’ from the dropdown menu.
  • Confirm the cancellation by clicking ‘Yes’.

Important Considerations

  • Once an order is cancelled, it cannot be uncanceled, so ensure you are certain about the cancellation.
  • Check with your caterer if there are any cancellation fees, as these can vary based on their terms and conditions.
  • You and your caterer will receive an email confirming the cancellation of the order.

Post-Cancellation

  • The order will now be marked as ‘Cancelled’ in your profile.
