How to Cancel Tick

To cancel your Tick subscription, follow these steps:

Logging In and Accessing Settings

• Log in to your Tick account as the Account Owner. Only the Account Owner has the necessary permissions to cancel the subscription.

Navigating to Subscription Settings

• Once logged in, click on the Settings tab, which is only visible to the Account Owner.

Canceling the Subscription

• On the right-hand side, you will see your current subscription details. Click on the Upgrade your plan option, even though you are looking to cancel.
• This page will display options to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your account.
• To cancel your account, click on Please Cancel This Account and then confirm the warning message.

Important Considerations

• If you cancel your account, all of your data will be permanently deleted from the servers. However, if you choose to downgrade to the Free plan instead, all of your data will be retained on the servers.
• To downgrade to the Free plan, you must first close all of your open projects. Once all projects are closed, the option to downgrade your account will become available.

Alternative Methods for Specific Products

If you are using the Tick Data Suite, the cancellation process is different:

• Open the Tick Data Suite subscription cancellation form on the eareview.net website.
• Fill in your license key and click the Cancel subscription button. You will receive a confirmation email with a link to finalize the cancellation.
• Alternatively, you can use the Tick Data Suite support assistant (version 2.2.41 or later), navigate to the License tab, and click the Cancel subscription button.
• For subscriptions managed through Verifone (2Checkout/Avangate) or MyCommerce (Share-it), log in to the respective control panels, locate your Tick Data Suite subscription, and use the Stop automatic subscription renewal or Manage subscription options to cancel.
