How to Cancel SweepWidget

To cancel your upgraded SweepWidget plan, follow these steps:

Logging In

Log in to your SweepWidget account.

Accessing Your Plan

Click on the button corresponding to your current plan, such as the Pro Plan, Business Plan, or Premium Plan.

Canceling Subscription

Click the "Cancel Subscription" button.

Confirmation

Confirm your cancellation by clicking the "Confirm" button.

Important Notes

• You will still have access to your upgraded plan until the end of your current subscription period.
• To completely delete your account and all personal data, you need to follow a separate process.

Deleting Your Account and Personal Data

If you also want to delete your account and personal data, here are the steps:

For Giveaway Hosts

• In the top right corner of your SweepWidget account, click the account profile icon.
• Click "Delete Account."
• Follow the prompts and click "Permanently Delete My Account & All Personal Data."

For Giveaway Contestants

• Ensure you are logged in to the giveaway (with your name and email).
• At the bottom of the contest, find and click the user icon.
• Click the "Delete my account" link.
• Click the "Permanently Delete My Account & All Personal Data" button.
• You will receive a confirmation email to finalize the deletion; check your spam folder if you don’t see it.

By following these steps, you can cancel your subscription and, if desired, delete your account and personal data from SweepWidget.
