How to Cancel PocketSuite

To cancel your subscription or account on PocketSuite, follow these steps:

Canceling Your Subscription

• You can cancel your subscription plan at any time from within the PocketSuite app. To do this, navigate to the settings or the subscription management section of the app.
• Select the subscription plan you want to cancel and confirm the cancellation. Note that subscription fees are non-refundable once paid, so the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

Canceling Your Account

• To cancel your registration with the PocketSuite app, you need to email the support team. Send an email to [email protected] requesting the cancellation of your account.
• Once you initiate the cancellation, PocketSuite may immediately deactivate or delete your account and all related information and files associated with it.

Additional Considerations

• If you have a Premium plan with a unique phone number assigned to your account, canceling the Premium plan will result in the cancellation of the unique phone number. You will no longer be able to use this number for making or receiving phone calls or SMS texts.

Refunds and Processing Fees

• If you need to process a refund for a client, you can do this through the PocketSuite app. Go to your income dashboard, select the client, and choose the refund option. You can select a full or partial refund and must provide a reason for the refund. Note that PocketSuite will withdraw the refund amount from your bank account and credit it back to the client’s account. Processing fees charged by PocketSuite will not be returned to you for any refunds.

Termination by PocketSuite

• PocketSuite reserves the right to terminate your use of the app and services at any time, with or without notice, if they believe you have violated the terms of service or if the account is used for unauthorized, illegal, or criminal purposes. In such cases, any pending payouts may be delayed or withheld until the matter is resolved.
