To cancel your subscription to the Vultus Recruit product, follow these steps:
You need to notify Vultus in writing at least 30 days prior to the date of the requested termination. This can be done via email or postal mail.

Upon termination, your right to access or use the Customer Data will immediately cease. Vultus may delete the Customer Data if your account is 30 days or more delinquent, or if there is a breach of the agreement, including non-payment.
Ensure all outstanding fees are paid before the cancellation takes effect. If your account is delinquent, you will be subject to interest on any outstanding balance, and you may also be charged a reconnection fee if you later request access to the service.
After sending your cancellation request, Vultus will process it and notify you of the action taken within a reasonable timeframe.
