How to Cancel Planday

To cancel your Planday subscription, follow these steps:

Determining Your Cancellation Period

Your cancellation period depends on your Planday package. The Starter package has a 1-month commitment period, while the Plus and Pro packages have a 12-month commitment period. Subscriptions renew continuously unless cancelled at least one month before the renewal date.

Finding Your Subscription Start Date

You can find the start date of your Planday subscription in your Planday contract. If you cannot locate your contract, contact the Planday support team via chat.

Canceling Your Subscription

To cancel your subscription, you must be an Administrator, Account admin, or the person who signed the contract.

Canceling via the Account Page

  • Log in to Planday and go to the Account page.
  • On the overview page, find "Your plan" and click "Manage" > "Cancel subscription".
  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your billing period. All data will be deleted within 120 days of cancellation unless you contact Planday to resume your subscription.

Canceling via Email

If you cannot cancel through the Account page, you can email Planday:

  • Send an email to Planday’s support team.
  • Include your Customer number or the latest Invoice number, which can be found on your last invoice.
  • The email must come from an administrator or account admin of the organisation using Planday or the person who signed the contract.
  • Note that the termination will take effect from the date of sending/receiving the email and not from the date the accounting department responds to the request.

Additional Information

When contacting Planday Support regarding a termination, ensure you provide the necessary details such as your Customer number or the latest Invoice number. This information helps expedite the cancellation process.

After cancellation, all data will be deleted within 120 days unless you request otherwise. If you need any further assistance or have questions, you can contact Planday’s support team via the blue icon at the bottom of the page or book a one-to-one professional training session with an expert.
