How to Cancel ArchiCAD

To cancel your ArchiCAD subscription, follow these steps:

Cancellation Process

1. Navigate to the Subscription Overview Page:
   Open the Graphisoft Store and go to the Subscription overview page.

2. Select the Subscription to Cancel:
   Identify the ArchiAD subscription you want to cancel and click on "Manage" next to it.

3. Initiate Cancellation:
   On the next page, select the license you want to cancel and click on the "Cancel" option.

4. Confirm Cancellation:
   Confirm your cancellation request. This step is crucial as it finalizes your decision to cancel the subscription.

Important Notes

• Effective Date of Cancellation:
  The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current service period. You will not be refunded for the remaining period of your subscription that has already been paid in full.

• Continued Access:
  Your ArchiCAD subscription will continue to work until the end of your current billing cycle. After this period, your recurring payments will be stopped.

• No Penalty Fees:
  There are no fees or penalties for canceling a subscription.

• Undoing Cancellation:
  If you change your mind, you can undo the cancellation at any time up to 24 hours before the subscription renewal date on the Subscription overview page.
