What was your first impression when you started using it?
My first impression is that it feels powerful and well structured for managing content workflows and team collaboration. However, it also feels a little bit overwhelming at first because of the number of features and options available.
What do you dislike about this product?
The interface can feel cluttered and not very intuitive, which makes it harder to find things quickly. It can also take time to learn and get comfortable with all the features.
What new feature would you love to see added?
I would like to see a simpler, more streamlined dashboard that makes key tasks and deadlines easier to access at a glance. Better search and navigation tools would also improve the overall usability.

I would recommend because it is a strong all in one platform for managing complex content workflows. It helps teams stay organized, collaborate efficiently, and track projects in one place.

What’s the biggest benefit you’ve noticed?
It finally got my team out of messy spreadsheets and endless email chains. having the creative briefs and timelines, and resource planning all in one view makes it so much easier to see who is actually busy and what projects are falling behind
What slows you down when using it?
Checking every single stage of our approval process was a bit hard, and navigating through all the different project views felt slightly overwhelming when you first start it.
What new feature would you love to see added?
It would be great to see exactly how moving one big deadline would impact the rest of the team's schedule across every other project automatically without having to click into individual tasks.

How has it made your work/life easier?
I had less chaos in spreadsheets as this pulls the ideas, assignments, deadlines and etc. in one place. This tool consolidates the ideas so nothing gets buried.
Is there something that almost made you stop using it?
Kinda hard learning curve, so customizable that this will eat your hours configuring than working. Theres some few UI issues too that I've also noticed and slow load times didn't help.
How could the product save you more time or money?
Theres no need for setting up the calendar every time for content series that are recurring which saves time in the long run. It saves time too for the project managers since it automaticaly sends notifs to others about their tasks.
Final thoughts, wrap up what you think
If its for a bigger team and they are encountering headaches due to content volume then for sure! But for smaller teams, the price and setup might not be worth it.
