How to Cancel Salsa Engage

To cancel your Salsa Engage subscription, follow these steps:

Logging In

Navigating to Account Management

Once logged in, click on the "Manage Account" option.

Accessing Your Plan

Under the "Your Plan" section, click on "Edit Plan".

Canceling the Subscription

Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on "Cancel Subscription".

Post-Cancellation Information

After requesting cancellation, you can continue to use Salsa as usual until the end of that month’s billing cycle. Here are some key points to note:

You will no longer have access to past events, captures, analytics, and survey stats once the subscription is cancelled.
All links to past Live Galleries will also be disabled.
You can immediately restore access to past events and reactivate the Live Galleries by resubscribing.
If you are a booth owner, you can continue to access the Salsa Marketing Materials without an active subscription.
If an account does not have an active subscription for 12 months, the account will be permanently deleted.

The cancellation will be processed within 48 hours after submission.
