  • If you are using a chatbot like the Payment Refund Chatbot, the process is automated and integrated into the existing customer support system. However, to initiate a refund, you would typically need to interact with the chatbot to provide necessary details such as:
    • How the order was purchased
    • The issue with the order
    • How the initial payment was performed
  • The chatbot will guide you through the process and inform you if you need to contact an external service for refunds generated through third-party services.

For FastBots.ai

  • To request a refund for FastBots.ai services, you must submit your request within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • Contact the support team at FastBots.ai support and provide a detailed explanation of the issue.
  • Refunds are only granted if the product does not function as advertised and the support team cannot resolve the issue.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to process.

For OpenAI’s ChatGPT Plus or ChatGPT Pro
