How to Cancel Worksnaps

To cancel your Worksnaps subscription, follow these steps:

Logging In and Navigating to Settings

• Log in to your Worksnaps account through the Worksnaps web application.

Accessing Subscription Settings

• Once logged in, click on the "Profile & Settings" link in the top-level navigation bar at the top of the screen.

Canceling the Subscription

• From the "Profile & Settings" page, navigate to the "Subscription Plan" tab.
• In the "Subscription Plan" section, you will find a simple, no-questions-asked cancellation link. Click on this link to initiate the cancellation process.

Confirmation and Immediate Effect

• After clicking the cancellation link, your cancellation will take effect immediately. You will not be charged again, and all of your data will be deleted from the service. This data cannot be recovered once your account is cancelled.

Important Notes

• If you cancel the service before the end of your current paid month, the cancellation will still take effect immediately, and you will not receive a refund for the remaining period of that month.
• Ensure you cancel your account through the provided link, as an email to cancel your account is not considered a valid cancellation method.
