To cancel your ToolTime subscription, follow these steps:

Cancellation Process

If you decide to terminate your agreement with ToolTime, you need to initiate the cancellation process through email. Here’s how you can do it:

  • Email Cancellation Request: Send an email to [email protected] with your cancellation request. Make sure to include all relevant details to facilitate the process.
  • Contact Your Account Manager: Your designated account manager will get in touch with you to confirm the cancellation.

Important Considerations

  • Contract Period: ToolTime contracts are typically for one or two years. You can only cancel at the end of the contract period. If you do not terminate your contract within the cancellation period, it will automatically be extended to the duration of your contract.
  • No Revocation in B2B Agreements: For business-to-business (B2B) agreements, no revocation is possible. Cancellations can only be confirmed at the end of the contract period.

Post-Cancellation

  • Access to Services: After cancellation, you will no longer have access to the ToolTime services and software.
  • Invoices and Billing: Ensure you have received all invoices and have no outstanding payments. Invoices are sent monthly, annually, or biennially depending on your payment period, and can be found in your email or by contacting support.
