How to Cancel Centra

To cancel products from an order in Centra, follow these steps, which apply to both Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) and Wholesale (B2B) orders:

Cancelling Products

Accessing the Order

  • Click on ‘Orders’ under the relevant section (either ‘DIRECT TO CONSUMER’ or ‘WHOLESALE’) in the main menu to the left.

Selecting the Order

  • Select the order you wish to edit.

Navigating to the Products Section

  • Scroll down to the ‘Ordered products’ section.

Initiating Cancellation

  • Click ‘Cancel products’ in the top or bottom-right corner of the section. This will open a pop-up window.

Specifying Quantity

  • Enter the quantity of the product you wish to cancel in the ‘Qty’ column.

Confirming Cancellation

  • Click ‘Cancel products’ in the bottom-right corner of the pop-up window. The products you have cancelled will be listed under ‘Cancelled products’.

Restoring Cancelled Products

If you need to restore the cancelled products back into the order:

  • Click ‘Restore products’ in the upper-right corner.
  • Enter the number of products you wish to restore, but you cannot restore more products than you have cancelled.

Additional Considerations

  • For DTC orders, if you cancel before the order is shipped, you will receive a full refund. However, shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is dispatched.
  • For customized products, cancellation is eligible within 2 hours of order placement. You can mail your cancellation request to the specified email address.

Refund Process

If a refund is applicable:

  • You will be notified once the return or cancellation is inspected and approved.
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
