To cancel or return a product from Article Fiesta, you need to follow these steps:

Return Policy

Article Fiesta offers a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. Here’s how you can initiate a return or exchange:

• Initiation of Return/Exchange: You can return or exchange a purchased piece up to 30 days from the date of delivery.
• Condition of the Item: The piece must be in as-new condition, and the original packaging should be available.
• Return Shipping Fees: For returns made inside the standard service area, there is a $49 return shipping fee. For some smaller items, a $19 return shipping fee will apply. Returns outside the standard service area are subject to a return fee in the same amount as the forward shipping fee.
• Repackaging Fee: If the original packaging is not available, there is an additional $50 repackaging fee per item.
• Refund Process: Once the item is back at the warehouse and inspected, a refund will be issued less repackaging fees (if applicable), and outbound and return shipping fees.

Exchange Process

• Free Shipping on First Exchange: Shipping on the first exchange for any item is free of charge. However, if the item is exchanged more than once, the customer will be responsible for any forward and return shipping fees.
• Cost Differences: If the new item costs less than the one being exchanged, the difference will be refunded to the original method of payment. If it costs more, the difference will be charged while setting up the exchange.
• Original Packaging: All exchanges must be made with the original packaging. If the original packaging is not available, there is an additional $50 repackaging fee per item.

Damaged Items

• If the piece arrives in less than perfect condition, you should get in touch with Article Fiesta. Photographs of the product taken from various angles and distances should be sent. If possible, photos of the box the product arrived in should be included, as it may have been damaged during transport. If the issue can’t be documented with photos, short videos are also welcome.
