How to Cancel ediFabric Framework

To cancel your subscription to the EdiFabric Framework product, follow these steps:

Canceling Your Subscription

  • Log in to your EdiFabric account.
  • Navigate to the Account section.
  • Select My Subscription.
  • At the bottom of the page, click on the Cancel Subscription button.
  • You will be prompted to confirm the cancellation; click OK if you are certain you want to proceed.

Important Notes

  • Your user account will remain active, and you can continue to use your remaining reference allowance until the end of your current subscription period.
  • You will not be billed for the subsequent subscription period.
  • If you are using a trial account, the Cancel Subscription button will not appear. Instead, your trial subscription will automatically cancel after one month, and you will not be charged.

Renewal and Expiration

  • Subscriptions renewal payments are processed at 6 AM CDT on the first day of your new subscription period. To avoid the renewal payment, ensure you cancel or suspend your subscription before the expiration date of your current subscription period.

Reactivating Your Subscription

  • If you decide to use EdiFabric again, log in to your account, go to Account > Upgrade or Pricing, and select the plan you need. Then, click Change Plan to reactivate your subscription.
