- Ensure you have the necessary permissions, typically held by an Account Admin or a Member with the account-level permission “Access billing & account info.”

- If you are on a specific plan (e.g., Essentials), you may need to follow specific instructions for that plan. For example, if you are on the Essentials plan, you would go to the Plans & Billing page and click on the “Cancel Account” option at the bottom.
