How to Cancel Webnode

To fully cancel a Webnode product, follow these steps:

1. Cancel Auto-Renewal: Log into your Webnode account and navigate to the Administration section of your project. There, you can cancel any active auto-renewal for your services.

2. Remove Paid Services: If you have a custom domain or a Premium plan, you need to contact Webnode’s customer support to remove these services. They will guide you through the process.

3. Delete the Website: To delete your website entirely, go to your My Projects page, select the website you want to delete, and click on Project Detail. Then, click Administration and select Delete project. Confirm the deletion by entering your password and selecting a reason for leaving.

4. Contract Revocation: If you are within the 15-day cooling-off period from the activation date, you can revoke your contract by sending an email to Webnode’s customer care department. However, if your services have already been fulfilled (e.g., domain registration), you may not be eligible for a refund.
