Once you’ve contacted the support team, they will guide you through the cancellation process. Be sure to review any pending invoice charges for reward redemptions on the Billing Activity page, as these will be charged within 48 hours of your cancellation date.
Subscription fees with Bonusly are nonrefundable. However, if you have an existing balance for Prepay for Rewards, any unused funds will be refunded to your card on file. If you have questions about the refund policy, please send a note to the Bonusly team.
