• Upon cancellation, Accelo will delete the Subscriber Data from their systems within a maximum period of 180 days, unless EU or EU Member State law requires storage.

Deleting Subscriber Data

To delete data in bulk, you can use the Bulk Edit and Delete features:

• As an admin user, navigate to the list screen of the module from which you want to delete records (e.g., Companies & Contacts).
• Click the “Edit” link next to the count of results to switch into Bulk Edit mode.
• Select the records you want to delete and click the “Delete” button. You will be prompted to confirm the deletion.
• The system will add your delete request into the queue, and you will receive an email confirmation once the process is complete.

Additional Considerations

• Ensure you have the necessary permissions to perform bulk deletions. For example, you need admin level access or the specific Bulk Delete permission under each module.
• If you are unable to correct, delete, or block personal data yourself, Accelo can do so on your behalf pursuant to a mutually agreeable statement of work, for which you will need to pay reasonable fees.
