How to Cancel Accnu

To cancel an Accnu product, you need to follow these steps, which are generally applicable to subscription-based services like Accnu, though specific steps may vary depending on the platform’s interface.

Canceling an Accnu Product

Accessing Your Account

  • Log in to your Accnu account using your credentials.

Navigating to Subscription Management

  • Go to the Admin or Account section, usually found in the sidebar or top navigation menu.
  • Select the option related to "Billing" or "Subscription."

Initiating Cancellation

  • For newer accounts, click on "Manage" to manage your subscription, then look for the option to "Remove products or cancel account" at the bottom of the Manage subscription page.
  • For legacy accounts, you might see a "Cancellations" link directly at the bottom of the Subscription page without needing to click "Manage."

Selecting Products to Cancel

  • A list of products you can cancel will appear. Select the Accnu product you wish to cancel.
  • If you are canceling multiple products, ensure you select all the relevant ones.

Confirmation and Survey

  • After selecting the products, you will see a cancellation summary. Review this to ensure you are canceling the correct products.
  • Click "Continue" to proceed.
  • You will be prompted to select the reason for cancellation and may be asked to complete a survey.
  • Click "Confirm cancellations" to finalize the cancellation.

Important Notes

  • Product cancellation is not immediate; the subscription will remain active until the end of your next billing cycle.
  • If you change your mind before the current billing cycle ends, you may be able to restore the product by contacting Accnu Sales or Customer Support.

Canceling the Entire Account

If you wish to cancel your entire Accnu account instead of just a product:

  • Follow the same steps to reach the subscription management page.
  • At the bottom of the page, click "Cancel account."
  • Confirm the cancellation when prompted, and complete any subsequent survey.

Additional Considerations

  • Ensure you notify Accnu at least 30 days prior to the end of your subscription term if required by your agreement.
  • After cancellation, you will no longer have access to your account data, including tickets, user information, and other settings related to your subscription.
