To cancel your AchieveMore subscription, follow these steps carefully:

Step 2: Navigate to Cancellation

Search for ‘cancel’ in the search bar within the dashboard and select the first result. Scroll down to the bottom of the page.

Step 3: Deactivate Your Account

Under the "Deactivate Account" section, click on "Deactivate my account."

Step 4: Choose Your Option

You will be presented with several options:

• Continue with a 50% discount
• Continue by switching to a lower plan
• Continue if you get support on your issue
• Continue if you get the feature you are looking for
• Cancel your account

Select the option that best suits your needs. If you decide to cancel, proceed to the next step.

Step 5: Provide Feedback

In the "How can we help you?" field, share the reason for your cancellation in detail. This feedback is valuable for improving the product and services.

Step 6: Submit Your Request

Post-Cancellation

• Your website and associated services will become inactive immediately after submitting the cancellation request.
• Your site’s content will be archived and placed in the deletion queue.

• For yearly subscriptions, you can receive a refund only if the payment was made within the last 30 days.
