How to Cancel Aha

To cancel your Aha subscription and delete your account, follow these steps:

Requesting Cancellation

• Navigate to the Settings menu in your Aha account.
• Select Account and then Billing. You must be an administrator with billing permissions to perform this action.
• Click on the Cancel button to initiate the cancellation process.

Important Notes:

• Your subscription will be canceled at the beginning of your next annual or monthly billing period.
• Once the cancellation is effective, you will no longer have access to your data. It is recommended to backup your data before canceling.
• Removing all users from your account does not cancel your subscription.
• If your renewal date has recently passed and you need to make changes immediately, contact [email protected] for additional assistance.

Requesting Account Deletion

If you also want to delete your Aha account, you need to contact the support team.

• Send an email to the Customer Success team at [email protected] to request the deletion of your account. You can request both cancellation and deletion in the same email.
• A member of the Customer Success team will respond to your request promptly.

Data Deletion:

• Your data deletion request will be processed within a specified timeframe.
• Once processed, all account data associated with your Aha account will be deleted promptly.
• Backups of your account and any development log data will be automatically deleted at the end of a one-year retention period.

Additional Considerations

• Ensure you have canceled your subscription before requesting account deletion.
• If you have multiple Aha products, contact [email protected] to request cancellation for all of them.
