For Guests

Flexible
- Guests can cancel up to 24 hours before check-in for a full refund.
Moderate
- Guests must cancel at least five days before check-in to receive a full refund.
Firm
- Full refund if canceled 30 days before check-in; partial refund for shorter notice.

- Full refund only within 48 hours of booking (14+ days before check-in).
Flexible Long-term
