To cancel your AkioSurvey subscription or request a refund, follow these steps:

Cancellation
- You cannot directly cancel your subscription through the AkioSurvey platform, but you can stop the automatic renewal if you are on a recurring payment plan. However, AkioSurvey does not automatically charge you, so you need to manage your package purchase time period manually.
Refund Request
- If you are within the 30-day money-back guarantee period, you can submit a refund request.
- Log in to your My Account dashboard and navigate to the relevant section to submit your refund request.
