What’s the biggest benefit you’ve noticed?

It automates document management and approval to make sure that processes are followed properly. It also audits, cleans up, and set ups Jira sites to keep them running smoothly.

What slows you down when using it?

None. It integrates seamlessly so I didn't encounter anything that can slows me down while using the platform.

Is there a workflow that could be simpler?

I think the workflow is already simple if you are already using Confluence and Jira. otherwise it will be a challenge using this.

What do you like best about this product?

It’s been a lifesaver for keeping our Jira instance clean and our confluence approvals organized without the usual manual headache, giving me a much-needed sense of control during my first few weeks. It also provides better workflow automation.

What do you dislike about this product?

Aside from being a good platform there is also a down side to it he UI can occasionally feel a bit sluggish during heavy bulk edits, which is frustrating for me when I'm trying to move quickly through a long list of things to do.

What problem did this product solve for you?

The features that I’d love to see more in predictive analytics to spot potential bottlenecks or security risks before they actually become problems.

I would recommend it to any of my colleagues, perfect if they are looking to cut down on administrative bloat and finally get their workspace back under control.

What feature do you use most often?

The one I commonly use is the Optimizer for Jira Cloud to automatically audit and optimize our workspaces. With this application, I can assure that our Jira site is set up optimally without having to spend hours on administrative tasks.

Is there something that almost made you stop using it?

At first, the task of creating a custom workflow that could easily integrate into our current Atlassian environment seemed challenging and daunting. However, after overcoming the initial barrier of learning how to use the tool, the efficiency gained by our teams was well worth it.

What’s still missing for your needs?

Although the entire package has been great for Atlassian products, it would be wonderful if there were greater compatibility with other third-party tools outside of the Atlassian family. Another feature that would enhance our work flow would be the addition of predictive analytics on the Jira Optimizer.

AppFox is an application I would definitely recommend to any of my colleagues or friends working at companies that rely on Confluence and Jira for their project management. The fact that this suite offers such strong capabilities in automation, security compliance, and optimization is very valuable.
