How to Cancel Apphud

To cancel a subscription for the Apphud product, you need to follow these steps, as the subscription is managed through the app store from which you purchased it.

For iOS Devices

• Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
• Tap on your name at the top of the screen.
• Select Subscriptions.
• Tap on the Apphud subscription you want to cancel.
• Tap Cancel Subscription or Cancel All Services. You might need to scroll down to find this button. If there is no Cancel button or you see an expiration message in red text, the subscription is already canceled.

For Mac

• Open the App Store app.
• Click on your name or Sign In if you’re not already logged in.
• Click on Account Settings.
• Scroll down to the Subscriptions section and click Manage.
• Find the Apphud subscription, click on it, and then click Cancel Subscription. You might need to scroll down to find this button. If there is no Cancel button or you see an expiration message in red text, the subscription is already canceled.

For Android or Other Devices (via Apple Account)

If you purchased the subscription through an Apple account but are using an Android device or another platform, you can cancel the subscription through the Apple website:

• Go to account.apple.com.
• Follow the onscreen instructions to sign in with your Apple Account.
• Manage your subscriptions and cancel the Apphud subscription as needed.

Important Notes

• Manual Cancellation Required: Terminating your account or uninstalling the app will not cancel your subscription. You must manually cancel your subscription through the app store or Apple account.
• No Refunds for Partial Periods: All charges for purchases are non-refundable, and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods, except in certain limited circumstances as required by law.
• Cancellation Timing: Ensure you cancel your subscription at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current period to avoid being charged for the next period.
