What feature do you use most often?

The time off & expense management and easy to see who is available and everyones work schedule

Is there something that almost made you stop using it?

Its definitely more expensive than other platforms so I did test other cheaper options as well

Maybe more features to improve hr

What exceeded your expectations?

The speed and the various payout options available I didnt think it would be as smooth as it is

What feels confusing or hard to use?

The document management can get a little messy if you have multiple contracts or need to find a specific past form so it took me some time to learn this

Is there a workflow that could be simpler?

Maybe if there was a simpler and easier way to categorise receipts or even on my phone in the app

I think its pretty clean and still relatively easy to use and does what I need to for my business

How has it made your work/life easier?

Canva has helped so much in improving my presentation designs and just giving me ideas for poster templates as well. Makes all my work look really aesthetic and professional

Is there something that almost made you stop using it?

Maybe some of the features being unclear such as how to highlight or a lot of the good features only being available to the pro versions

What’s still missing for your needs?

Maybe some generative ai to create specific templates or certain images within canva itself rather than looking externally then copying and pasting

I’d rate canva 9/10 because its still the main presentation and poster pages I used and theres more than good enough features that I can use for work, school and my everyday life. Theres no currently better alternative thats this easy and still the basics start in canva
