ZENOTI Organic

What feature do you use most often?
Zenoti made scheduling and client management much easier for our team. Online booking reduces the number of calls our front desk receives and customers can schedule appointments anytime. The reporting tools also help us track sales, staff performance, and business trends without having to rely on multiple systems.
Have you experienced any bugs or errors?
The platform has a lot of features which can make it slightly overwhelming at first. New team members usually need some time to learn where everything is located in the system. Once the workflow is understood it becomes much easier to navigate.
How could the product save you more time or money?
Zenoti helped solve the problem of managing appointments, customer records, and payments across different tools. Before using it we had separate systems for booking and reporting. Having everything in one platform improved organization and visibility into daily operations.
Final thoughts, wrap up what you think
I would recommend Zenoti to businesses that want a complete system for scheduling, customer management, and reporting. It works especially well for teams that manage many appointments and clients every day.

What’s the biggest benefit you’ve noticed?
The marketplace exposure to 2.4M users helps with client acquisition. Booking system is straightforward for clients and automated reminders reduce no-shows. Reporting gives solid insights into attendance and revenue. Support is available 24/7 which helps when issues pop up.
What do you dislike about this product?
Had to sign a 12-month contract with no trial before even seeing the software. Performance has gotten really slow since the last update, especially after 3-4 clicks. Package setup is confusing and keeps adding sessions back incorrectly. Mobile app is limited for business management. No 2FA security option is concerning. Onboarding took almost 8 weeks.
What’s still missing for your needs?
Needed an all-in-one solution for scheduling, payments, and client management. The marketplace could help with growth but evaluating if it's worth the premium price versus competitors. Better mobile functionality would be a game changer.
Final thoughts, wrap up what you think
Only recommend for established studios with stable revenue who can handle the contract and price. Newer businesses should look at options with trials and flexible terms.

How does this compare to similar products you’ve tried?
The biggest win is how quickly we can set up and tweak cross‑channel campaigns. Being able to build segments on live data and target email, push and in‑app from one place has sped up our testing cycles a lot
Is there something that almost made you stop using it?
There is definitely a learning curve once you move past simple campaigns. Some screens feel busy and a few workflows still involve more manual steps than I’d like, especially around reporting.
What new feature would you love to see added?
Braze helped us move from one‑off blasts to more consistent lifecycle messaging that reacts to what users actually do. If the analytics and out‑of‑the‑box dashboards keep improving, it will make it even easier to explain results to non‑technical stakeholders.
Final thoughts, wrap up what you think
It’s a strong platform for teams that are ready to invest a bit of time in learning it and want more control over their customer journeys.

LaunchDarkly Organic

What was your first impression when you started using it?
LaunchDarkly makes feature releases much more controlled and predictable. Instead of deploying risky changes directly to production, we can release features behind flags and enable them gradually. This allows our team to test features in real environments without affecting all users. The ability to instantly disable a feature is extremely valuable when troubleshooting issues.
What feature doesn’t work as expected?
Managing a large number of feature flags can become complex over time. If flags are not cleaned up regularly, it can be difficult to keep track of which ones are still active. Also, some advanced configuration options require technical knowledge, which may be challenging for non-technical team members.
What could make it even better?
LaunchDarkly helped solve the problem of risky deployments. Before using it, every release carried a higher risk because changes went live immediately for all users. With feature flags, we can now release features gradually, test them safely, and roll back instantly if necessary.
Final thoughts, wrap up what you think
I would definitely recommend LaunchDarkly to teams that deploy software frequently. It provides strong control over feature releases and helps reduce deployment risk. The only drawback is that managing many feature flags requires discipline and good organization.

Hubdoc Organic

How does this compare to similar products you’ve tried?
It's free with Xero subscription which saves on software costs. The mobile app is handy for quick receipt photos. Email forwarding to Hubdoc works decently. Cloud storage keeps everything in one place instead of paper files.
What slows you down when using it?
Hasn't been updated since Xero bought it in 2018. Automatic processing barely works - I'm constantly manually entering data. Creates duplicate transactions randomly. Super slow, sometimes takes minutes just to open a document. Search function rarely finds what I need. Colleagues using Dext have way fewer issues.
What new feature would you love to see added?
Solved my need for basic document storage when already locked into Xero ecosystem. Cheaper than alternatives but you get what you pay for.
Final thoughts, wrap up what you think
Only recommend if you're on Xero with very basic needs and tight budget. Otherwise Dext is worth the extra cost.

Amazon Transcribe Organic

What exceeded your expectations?
The biggest win for me is how easy it is to drop an audio file in S3 and get a transcript back without much setup. Being able to see different speakers with timestamps makes it a lot easier to skim long calls and find the part I actually care about.
What do you dislike about this product?
Accuracy is generally fine, but it still misses some proper names and dialects, so I always have to read through and clean things up. For shorter clips it can feel a bit slow, and if you push a lot of audio every day the cost starts to add up.
What new feature would you love to see added?
It helped me turn meetings and customer calls into something searchable so I can jump back to key decisions without replaying the whole audio. I’d love to see smoother handling of accents and better control over numbers and custom vocabulary so I spend less time fixing the output.
Final thoughts, wrap up what you think
It’s a solid option if you’re already on AWS and just need a reliable baseline transcript, as long as you’re okay with doing a quick review and cleanup afterwards.

What feature do you use most often?
Being able to jump on a session, see the camera feed and draw on the screen has made troubleshooting much faster than trying to explain everything over the phone. It’s especially useful with non‑technical users, because they can just point the camera and follow simple visual hints instead of long instructions.
What slows you down when using it?
Most of it is straightforward, but the experience still depends a lot on the customer’s device and connection. If their phone is older or the network is weak, the video and AR tools can lag or feel a bit clunky, which slows the session down.
What could make it even better?
It helped us cut down on unnecessary on‑site visits by letting us see the setup remotely and fix simpler issues on the spot. Going forward, smoother performance on low‑end devices and a few more options around recording and reporting would make it even more valuable.
Final thoughts, wrap up what you think
I’d rate my likelihood to recommend Zoho Lens as 8 out of 10. It’s a solid tool for remote visual support and has already saved us time and travel, even though there is still room to improve performance and polish.

İşinizi/hayatınızı nasıl kolaylaştırdı?
In my day‑to‑day work it saves me a lot of time by letting me check files, URLs and hashes from one place. The interface is clean, reports are easy to read, and features like hash search, behavior, and relationships help me quickly understand how risky something is. The API and integrations also make it easy to plug VirusTotal into automated security workflows.
Ne kafa karıştırıcı veya kullanımı zor geliyor?
The hardest part is interpreting the results. When only one or two lesser‑known engines flag something, it can be confusing to decide if it is actually dangerous or just a false positive. File size and upload limits can slow things down when I am dealing with larger samples. Some of the more advanced search and hunting features also sit behind the paid tier, which limits how deep you can go as an individual user.
Bu ürün sizin için hangi sorunu çözdü?
For me the biggest benefit is having a fast reputation and behavior check layer for anything suspicious. To make it even better, I would like to see clearer weighting of engine quality and easier ways to downplay vendors that constantly generate false positives. Slightly higher file limits and a bit more power in the free search features would also increase the overall value.
Final thoughts, wrap up what you think
It’s handy for quickly checking files and links and I use it quite often, but the results can be noisy and you still need to double‑check false positives and limits, so I see it more as a helpful extra tool than a complete solution.

En sık hangi özelliği kullanıyorsunuz?
The document control and approval workflows are really solid for managing large volumes of submittals and RFIs. Cost tracking across multiple contracts works well and the P6 integration is a nice bonus if your org already uses it. I mostly use the cost sheet management and change order routing on a daily basis
Hangi özellik beklendiği gibi çalışmıyor?
The UI feels outdated and everything takes too many clicks. Reports load slow when there's a lot of data and the mobile experience is pretty much nonexistent which is frustrating on site. The reporting dashboards especially don't work as expected, filtering is limited and they take forever to load.
Ürün size nasıl daha fazla zaman veya para kazandırabilir?
A modern responsive UI would make a huge difference. Simpler configuration without needing a consultant would save a lot of time upfront. And honestly a proper mobile app so approvals don't have to wait until I'm back at my desk would save us real money.
Final thoughts, wrap up what you think
It gets the job done for large projects and the cost management side is genuinely strong but the learning curve is steep and the interface makes daily use harder than it needs to be. I'd recommend it if you're on a big program that really needs that level of control but for anything smaller there are easier options out there.
