The platform does it job so I don't have any specific thing I don't like in this software. It is really useful and efficient.

What could make it even better?

More support in complex taxes rather than just simple taxes. Creating with complicated finances with this doesn't handle it well. It also doesn't have enough direct support especially in major issue fix. I hope they're also more clear in their pricing to insure trust and assurance for users and not bombard them with a sudden price change.
